Raymond Fan

Ray is an Associate of CitiWide Capital and is focused on screening and conducting diligence on potential Arborview investments, and working with ABS portfolio companies. Prior to joining Arborview Capital, Ray was a member of Banc of America Securities’ Investment Banking Business and Information Services Group. As an analyst in the Business and Information Services Group, he worked on numerous M&A transactions, recapitalizations, equity offerings, and debt financings.

Ray received a B.S. in Finance and International Business with a citation in Entrepreneurship from the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Ray is an active mentor and speaker at the University of Maryland and is a student mentor and a member of the leadership committee at Capital Partners for Education, a DC-based organization that improves the futures of low-income youth by helping them receive a quality education. He is an avid marathon runner and a CFA Level II Candidate.
