Navroop Mitter

Navroop Mitter is the CEO/Founder of Gryphn Corporation a mobile security and privacy startup based out of the Washington, DC metro.

Previously, Navroop was a Senior Manager within Accenture’s North American Security Practice.  He spent a significant portion of his security career building information security practices in emerging markets, leading international security engagements, and growing the identity and access management practice both in the United States and abroad.

Navroop also worked on several large international client engagements.  This work required him to interact with and lead teams in multiple countries across several cultures and languages.  He spent significant amounts of time in India working to develop both the technical and business skills of security practitioners in Accenture’s India Development Center. Through each experience – Navroop refined his approach to successfully navigating complex communication and cultural styles.

Throughout his security career, he worked to establish himself as one of the premier identity and access management subject matter experts in his company.  Through his hard work and clear leadership, thinking and architectural ideas, Navroop established himself as one of the most sought after Senior Managers for complex, multi-country, difficult engagements in Accenture.
